Project consisted of Existing Conditions (Architectural) drawings & full photo documentation of a historical-valued, industrial building, as well as schematic design & drawings for a future cannabis production plant facility. Building is dated from 1910.

Project consisted of preparation of schematic design & drawings for the proposed location of a “7-Eleven”-type convenience store within an existing commercial space. Work included space-planning & architectural conceptual, as well as schematic design.

Architectural Surveying for various Wawa & LA Fitness East coast locations as sub-contractor for Menemsha Engineering Group (2020).
Completed projects included full Architectural & MEP surveying for various Wawa & LA Fitness locations . Full photo documentation (3D & still photos) were included.

Project consisted of full Architectural documentation of an existing church building, schematic drawings & 3D video rendering presentation for the future facilities of City Athletics in that same location.

Work consisted of full architectural & mechanical documentation of roof surface area of hotel facilities, including HVAC system units. Full photo documentation was also included. Our studio received a “thank you” and recommendation letter from the hotel manager.

Project consisted of conceptual design of a new jewelry and apparel kiosk within Kmart store facilities.

Architectural documentation for an existing warehouse-type building of over 33,000 square feet was completed. Also, conceptual design & 3D renderings (including video presentation) of the future facilities was also included in the final delivery of the project.
