We produce a ‘snapshot’ of the building or space documented. Service is available to design professionals, realtors, businesses and home owners. Service includes accurate & precise architectural drawings, as well as full photo documentation of the space or building being documented.

This service is recommended as a pre-design tool since it will help you save time & resources as your designer will be able to evaluate & assess you on your future home or business construction project with the use of scaled & precise set of drawings of the existing conditions of your space. Also, these drawings are essential when requesting a Certificate of Occupancy permit.

Also, you might want to document an existing space that brings you back fond memories of your childhood or a special occasion. Maybe mom’s house, your backyard space, your childhood treehouse! In short, any space you consider special, & worth documenting for your children, grandsons, etc.

For businesses, we offer Workflow Analysis, where we conduct an audit of your company’s workflow process from start to end, and guide you towards optimizing the process (including your existing space distribution) with a suggested layout, including integration of ADA compliance standards.

We specialize in small, or “tight” spaces! We can integrate (at your request) Ikea or similar small scaled furniture into the design process. Optimize your space with well-thought & efficient space planning and storage systems created to make the best out of your space!

ONLINE SERVICES in a few steps:

1. Send us a measured sketch(es) or drawing(s) & a set of pictures from different angles of the existing space you would like to optimize, to get things started!

2. We will coordinate an initial Zoom meeting with you to get a feedback on your needs & budget for the project.

3. Based on the information you provide us, we will re-design your space and send you a proposed layout, and assessment in terms of a suggested storage system (if needed) and the appropriate (suggested) furniture for the successful outcome of your project. We also provide sustainable recommendations & assessment for energy & water conservation, including retrofitting!
